What We Do
Trucking
We own a modern fleet of tractors, trailers, flatbeds, and straight trucks for both LTL (Less Than Truckload) and full truckload deliveries.
Warehousing
Our associate company, Synergy Warehouse LLC, manages and operates over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space suitable for both long- and short-term storage. These modern warehouses feature a fully computerized inventory tracking system, which can be customized for each customer’s specific requirements.
Our warehouses also provide transloading/crossdocking capabilities and serve as a consolidation/deconsolidation site. This service allows shippers to ship on-carriage through our network of asset-based domestic carriers throughout the country.

Trucking Services
F.O.X. Intermodal operates a modern fleet of tractors, trailers, flatbeds, and straight trucks for LTL distribution or Full Truck Load deliveries. We have a 48-State UIAA certification for Contract or Common Carrier Transportation. F.O.X. Intermodal specializes in Import and Export Container Drayage with our professional and courteous staff. We are licensed to haul alcoholic beverages in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Maryland.
F.O.X. Intermodal offers 20-foot and 40-foot tri-axle service for heavy containers and air ride LTL service for smaller shipments. Additional trucking service details include:
- Lift gate service upon request
- U.S. Customs Bonded (Bond No. 469500231) for Interstate Transportation of Bonded Cargo.
- Operation of a Bonded Container Freight Station.
- Interchange Agreements with all the Steamship Lines, presently calling at all New York/New Jersey Piers and Rail Ramps
- Member of the UIIA (Uniform Intermodal Interchange and Facilities Access Agreement)

F.O.X. Intermodal maintains a three-acre facility, which is completely fenced, paved, and equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras. With a 26-door cross-dock facility ideal for swing loads, F.O.X. specializes in trans-stripping, stripping, palletizing, shrink wrapping, labeling, and export stuffing. To serve our customers with heavy freight, we have a 30,000-pound forklift capacity.
For the convenience of our domestic and international clientele, F.O.X. Intermodal offers over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space with our associate company, Synergy Warehouse, LLC. Our warehouses provide transloading/crossdocking capabilities and serve as a consolidation/deconsolidation site. This service allows shippers to then on-carriage through our network of asset-based domestic carriers throughout the country.
For our volume customers and customers that need expedited service, F.O.X. Intermodal operates a drop yard in the Port for our Volume customers and our customers that need expedited service.

Terminal
Location: 315 North 14th Street, Kenilworth, New Jersey.
Centrally located off Route 22 East, approximately 10 minutes from Croxton (NJIT), Conrail (South Kearny), and 15 minutes from Port Newark/Port Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Warehouses
Synergy Warehouse provides warehousing services at two locations, one of 15,000 square feet located at 315 North 14th Street and our largest facility 85,000 square feet located at 251 Monroe Avenue all in Kenilworth, New Jersey.
Drop Yard
F.O.X. Intermodal operates a drop yard in the Port for our Volume customers and our customers that need expedited service.
