What commodities does F.O.X. handle?
We can and do regularly handle nearly every type of shipment, and will work with you to provide services to meet your needs.
Can you describe your services?
We offer local and regional intermodal services, stripping/transloading services, import/export services, and triaxle transport for heavy loads.
Our day-to-day involves tracking and obtaining LTL or full truckload shipments from Eastern seaboard ports, picking up, transporting, delivering, and often storing/warehousing these shipments.
Can I track the cargo while F.O.X. is handling it?
Our fleet of trucks is fully equipped for modern, end-to-end tracking, with global positioning satellite (GPS), electronic log data (ELD), camera surveillance at ports, and a computerized inventory tracking system used within Synergy Warehouse, which offers more than 100,000 square feet of storage space. We carefully monitor every shipment and provide proactive updates to clients if there are unexpected delays or issues. t
What kind of details/paperwork do I need to ship with F.O.X.?
Typically, deliveries require the following:

What are your hours? Do you deliver on weekends?
In keeping with the majority of our customers, our hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday-Friday, at our headquarters located in Kenilworth, New Jersey, and 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST at our warehouses.
Special hours, such as evenings or weekends, may be arranged depending on driver availability.
Where are you located?
We are located at 315 North 14th Street, Kenilworth, New Jersey, approximately 10 minutes from Croxton, (NJIT), Conrail (South Kearny), and 15 minutes from Port Newark–Elizabeth Marine Terminal, New Jersey.
Synergy Warehouse provides warehousing services at two Kenilworth locations, one 15,000 square feet located at 315 North 14th Street and our largest facility, 85,000 square feet, located at 251 Monroe Avenue.
F.O.X. Intermodal also operates a drop yard at Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal for our volume customers and for customers that need expedited service.
